Use temp min/max/step from API #151

Get rid of hardcoded values and use the data provided by the API

Should fix https://github.com/oischinger/ha_vicare/issues/139

Unfortunately I cannot test because Viessmann broke my API access :(

Could finally test this. My account is back working.
