Introducing new template: Three column landscape #7

Here is a new template for OIST posters: a three-column landscape format that is more appropriate for online presentations.

Thanks a lot! I can't seem to make it compile, I'm not sure why. It works when I substitute \begin{multicol}{3} by \begin{columns}[t] like in the other template though.

I'll have a closer look next week.

I have committed the new changes, have a look at them and let me know if it works! (or just reply lftm)
