The 3 ROI detection algorithms output the data and IsCellData (suite2p, caiman) or RoiData (LCCD).
Issue:
Having 2 types of outputs means it is difficult to use subsequent algorithms. e.g. ETA asks for IsCellData
IsCellData is essentially unnecessary. suite2p creates a binary file to output the good data and ignore the noise. However, for analysis we only want to use the good data.
