I'm sorry, I used a french word.
I thought "order of the day".

but what do you mean by *order of the day* ?
You mean something like a *topic* of a discussion?

okay, this should be saved into the database.

would you like to check if you are able to add that tab to the client?

the necessary file to change inside are in:

xmlcrm/videoconference/conference/menubardokeos/
xmlcrm/videoconference/conference/tabcontent/

i would like to change the namings of the files also, menubardokeos should be
renamed
to something more general.

The system of the Labels is quite easy but you will not be able to alter the
Labels
yet as you have no database access and ddon't know who to add the labels sothat
after
the next reinstall / database droping the label is added during installation
automatically.

I think that I can implement this.

About renaming, it's a good idea.

Workaround: put a document with meeting agenda to the whiteboard.
