invitation system for users to join the group (request for new user in same group)

the user needs to be able to invite somebody to the Application. This new
user should get a link by mail.
If he accepts the invitation he will get a password by mail and
automatically added to the same organisational unit.

What is needed:
1) An invitation form for logedin users
2) A mail whith a link
3) A servlet the link in the mail is leading to
4) the Servlet should add the user to the group

Some precisions :
- The registered user can create public (everybody can come if they know the 
url of
webroom) or private (only with invitation) room.
- Don't forget to use a specific URL for each room.
- An user invited by e-mail must go directly into room (not login is necessary).

Not now, but in the future, the invitation form will can send a notification by
jabber. (with this, we can send a notification to all instant messaging 
networks with
gateways).
