we need:

a configurable number of rooms for public 
a configurable number of rooms for each organisation

no completly fixed yet, 
the UI must be altered a bit and the entering of rooms is not possible yet

fixed in r140

there are 3 new tables now availible

rooms (public + private rooms)
roomtypes (wether its an audience or conference room)
rooms_organisations (rooms which are only availible for a certain
organisation/private rooms)
