adding svg as alternative file-format

the custom-wml format is quite similar to svg. 
It should be not impossible to store it as a svg.
Problems:
Image-linking (lining is possible but which url should be used in the
image) the images + svg should be zipped together so the path to image can
be made relative.

rectangle => svg-type rect
ellipse,line,paint are all => svg-type path
arrow .. must be an image which is scaled and roated i think => svg-type image
text => svg-type text
