add validating Box with data option #76

this app needs a combobox/edittext component which can validate against a
List of Items. Using Normal Combobox'es by 100++ Items is Impossible thats
why it should use a new Combobox which does validating the input and shows
some results while typing.

This is very urgend as there are already 190 countries in the database by
default.

is fixed there is a new component called validtext,
some forms must be updated now with this new component
