Add organization buuton is not working

When trying to register new user:

1. login 
2. administrator tab
3. users tab
4. new record

the add organization button is not working. Just dont do anything.

Note: i attached a screenshot

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

=> Please be carefull to add the right Priority Level of your Issue:

Priority-Blocker     = Is Blocking one/many Tasks from fullfilling
Priority-Critical    = Must resolve in the specified milestone
Priority-High        = Strongly want to resolve in the specified milestone
Priority-Medium      = Normal priority
Priority-Low         = Might slip to later milestone
Priority-Trivial     = No need for that, can be done in futur

fixed in r310
There was an if clause that you can only choose an organisation if there is an
user_id given. This is removed.
