simply invitation system #90

when an user clicks on the link into the e-mail, the user must fill a form.
This form must vanish because the user :
- lost time to enter into room
- if the user is in a hurry, there are more chances that he will close the 
browser window before to understand that it's a videoconference meeting.

We can imagine to send another e-mail the next day to have more informations 
about this user, but not before the meeting.

there is only a message box for choosing the language .. thats all
