Only show browser notice to IE <7 users #14

Currently, the 'your browser is old' warning is shown to every unknown browser. 
The only problematic browsers are IE6 and old versions of Firefox and Safari. 
Those often are upgraded soon enough, so we should only show the warning to IE6 
users. This can be done with <!--[if ie lt 7]>.
