Text disappears behind the refresh button #28

If you fill in a lot of text after the title. This part of the text disappears 
behind the "refresh"  button.

Maybe the Refresh button can even be removed, now that reloading the whole 
overview page takes much less time than before.

Actually not fixed yet. The commit mentioned above removes the button, but 
hasn't been deployed to pleft.com. I'm planning to do that once the appointment 
overview has been rewritten.
