Send email to initiator when everyone has entered their availability #34

Related to Issue 8.

Problem: currently it's not clear when someone has finished entering their 
availability. Possible solutions:
- consider the it finished when the user's last action was X minutes ago;
- redesign the overview for invitees to be mroe form-like, with a final Submit 
button.
