Vaadin 7 to Vaadin 8 compatibility mode? #6

Are there plans to make a Vaadin 7 compatibility mode for those converting from Vaadin7 to Vaadin8?

If not, how best to get the last Vaadin 7 branch so that I can make one for my project? I don't see a Vaadin 7 branch, so was wondering what my options were.

It's true that there is no any branches supporting Vaadin 7. I would recommend you to create a new branch using tag v.0.0.3 - which was released with vaadin 7.5.10 version. https://github.com/ojkey/master/tree/v0.0.3/vaadinWidgets
