Not fully tested, so may have bugs. Might not find out until we implement a frontend.

Note: Backend should include a "topic" or "title" to care instructions.

Features still needed:

• [x] "next" and "previous" topics (plus a command for this)
• [x] display last_updated somewhere
• [x] create UUID for instructions -- title is unreliable, especially if it can be edited
• [x] more styling

I think this is finished for the most part. Some of the changes I'd like to make are more related to the "core" Iris code rather than a single feature.

A few things to note:

• 37: addedBy is not properly displayed, no way to log in (core feature)

• 38: frequency not implemented, waiting for scroll selector input (core feature)

• 38: Layout is inconsistent, often by a few pxs. Should become a core feature.

A few bugs to address:

• 34: Scrolling shouldn't move the entire screen, only the care instructions/content

• 35: When you add a new instruction, go to Resources, then go back, it opens a new instruction page

• 36: Building the program crashes due to this error
