We don't have a way to easily add people to the Newsletter. Originally, I was just going to add people using a Google Form+Google Script combination, but that didn't work out because Google's oAuth has been acting fuzzy lately, both on my UCI Google account and personal Google account. So, we're going to have to implement our own custom solution using Material UI.
