Update attendance policy to include Kimai #41

Summary

URL Attendance Policy still states we need to write our names on Google Docs. This is no longer the case as we use Kimai.

Also, rename to “URL Attendance Policy” instead of “URL Lab Attendance”. URL stands for Undergraduate Research Lab, so this says “Undergraduate Research Lab Lab Attendance”
