Palliaview Documentation (Iterarion 1) #52

Hi all. Sorry for creating a new PR, I deleted the dev branch and didn't know it would close #45. Also, sorry for taking a long time to get to this, I didn't know it was ready for review.

A few things about this, though:

  1. I fixed up a few spelling mistakes throughout the branch -- please remember that it's Palliaview, not Palliview. :)
  2. There are various empty files in the palliaview folder. documentation.md, engineering-models.md, liscensing.md, and user_guide.md are all empty. Please add content to those files or delete them altogether
  3. Please keep an eye on spelling and the content in the files. README.md seems to have the Front Matter copied/pasted twice. Please install Code Spell Checker and fix the blue underlines. Also, you can preview your document using command + shift + v.

Overall, great job. :)
