The foot terminal supports the OSC.

Hello,

Thank you for your PR. I wasn't originally planning to list every terminals that support OSC52 in the README, only the most popular ones. But I can add a new sections that mention other terminals such as yours, which I did in this latest commit. I think adding a place for people to add other terminals is better than having a big list at the top of the README.
