Load in trained emulator with .json storing important parameters for emulator to run. These include:

input means (to standardise)
output means (to standardise)
input std (to standardise)
output std (to standardise)
pca components (for inverse pca)
pca means (for inverse pca)
weights (for custom loss function)

Working, with class to load in data and handle data scaling. Shifting to new issue(s) for emulator object, including whether or not we should keep outputs in log space
