Fix for Online Logs Url #551

Problem arised with hardcoded Online logs Url address change.
Made all Upload log Urls changeable via preferences/online log upload.

   Modifies preferences/Online log upload view
   Help files updated.

When accepting this PR "secure.clublog" should be changed to "clublog" in default addresses. I do not use any of them, and can not confirm, but in now seems it is really "clublog", not "secure.clublog" that still exist in this PR as default address.
