I have a Nexus S - which doesn't have a SD Card
I can see that Android Dosbox automatically executes the command: mount c:
/sdcard
How to i access the internal storage of the phone? And can I make it mount that
by default?

Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 have the internal storage mounted as /sdcard, so you
will already have access at C:

It mounts the internal storage as /sdcard/ on my note II also, how do I mount
the external storage?

ok never mind I figured it out. edit your config file with a text editor and
set the mount line to read
mount c /mnt/extSdCard
