Memory config #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can you please increase memory to 32MB? or
2. Make configuration setting so that we can change the memory?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to install windows 98, but it requires at least 16MB of memory. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version. (DosBox ver 0.74 or Dos ver 5.00)

Please provide any additional information below.

you can use the CONFIG command
e.g. 
config -set "dosbox memsize=32"
config -writeconf /data/.../mem32.conf

so,load it.
