Some characters on virtual (on-screen) keyboard doesn't work #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type characters like <, >, " in On-screen keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
< and > don't show at all. Instead of " is @.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
aDosBox 0.2.5, HTC Desire, CyanogenMod 7.0.3, Android 2.3.3
