Overall, it looks good, but I have deep mistrust for the way this state can turn on it's citizens, so I am putting forth the following for consideration.
You might want to follow New Mexico and Arizona and add something about companies that drug test not being able to discriminate against card holding medical marijuana patients, as long as they comply with the company rules (such as not using during working hours, on company property, etc).
You might also think about adding that a Medical Marijuana card carrying patient cannot be denied the right to a concealed carry permit unless they have a felony which prohibits them from owning or being around weapons.
And you might check out Colorado's laws on recreational use, which include not being able to purchase marijuana at any place that also sells alcohol, not being able to smoke marijuana on the public streets or in public areas, and that driving under the influence is still an offense, even though the influence isn't alcohol.
