Wrong emoji count on chat messages #2236

Problem

On Desktop in the GIG group it shows 3 waves:

On mobile in the PWA it shows only 1 and it's not selected in blue:

Solution

Figure out the problem and fix.

After reloading the chatroom it's now correctly showing up on the PWA 🤔
