Some PGS/SUP pictures are skipped completely, not rendered at all. #112

Hello,
I'm using xy-VSFilter 3.0.0.63, default settings, with Zoom Player on Win XP 
32bit.

The issue is that some PGS/SUP subtitles are skipped completely.

This is not an issue that affects only the XY fork, it can be reproduced with 
MPCHC VSfilter as well (tested with latest standalone MPCHC VSFilter 1.6.2.4902 
from 26/05).

The song is supposed to be subtitled, and the subs are present in the PGS/SUP, 
but are not rendered by VSFilter.
(sorry for the filesize, lenghth is only 1min15s)

(the missing subs should be displayed between 8 min 20s and 9 min 30s, for the

It seems only FFDShow is able to display those PGS subtitles correctly. 
VSFilter, MPC-HC ISR, xy-VSFilter, and MPlayer2 all fail.

Open a ticket on MPC-HC's bug tracker 
http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mpc-hc/newticket since chances of us fixing 
this in MPC-HC's PGS code are slim to none. The issue seems to be with 
displaying multiple overlapping PGS lines at the same time. If you remove the 
credits lines on top, all the song lines on bottom will likely display 
correctly.

Eventually we may need to look into replacing the MPC-HC PGS code with 
something less broken. Reliable PGS parsing/rendering OSS in general seems 
sorely lacking.
