MPC-HC Crash on Windows 8.1 #171

I was told by the guys here (https://trac.mpc-hc.org/ticket/3651#comment:1) to 
report this problem to you.

MPC-HC 1.7.0 Dump Crash happens when playing with subs on Windows 8.1 (using 
64-bit). This happens whenever you play an .mkv with subs on it.

(I DID forgot to test it if it works if you play w/out subtitles, but I assume 
it does since .mp4 works without a hitch, and .mkv works normally up to the 
point where it displays the subs.)

Current Work-around:
Re-install MPC-HC 1.6.8.

Any updates on this problem?

Do you still experiences random crashes on Windows 8.1?

I don't see how it could be our bug if upgrading or downgrading MPC-HC fixes 
it, but who knows. More details are required. For crash dumps to be useful, 
you'll need to have the debug symbols in the same folder as 
xy-VSFilter/XySubFilter. 

I've attached the debug symbols for xy-VSFilter 3.0.0.211.
