I'm having a problem getting XySubFilter to load with MadVR when ffdshow raw
video filter is enabled. Works fine without ffdshow in the stream. MadVR
interlacing works with ffdshow as does ffdshow deinterlacing (after making the
appropriate configuration settings changes)

My ffdshow raw video filter option is as follows:
Nothing selected but avisynth.

Same behavior even with avisynth disabled - just ffdshow raw video filter
enabled in MPC-HC external filters.

Entering XySubFilter as an external filter in MPC-HC and setting to preferred
has no effect.

Again XySubFilter works fine (Shows as XySubFilter (=> madVr) under filters)
with ffdshow disabled in external filters.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to utilize XySubFilter with ffdshow/MadVR/MPC-HC

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XySubFilter_3.1.0.682_x86_BETA2, windows 7-sp1,

Please provide related subtitle script (if any). And the less characters
the script is, the less effort I have to make to fix the issue, so if you
could make the script as simple as possible, that would be appreciated.

Please provide any additional information below.
I use the H.264 1080i video clip "Past: Mysteries of the Freemasons" to test
interlacing. I don't have an error log because nothing failed - XySubFilter
simply didn't start with MadVR with ffdshow selected in mpc-hc external filters.

Please delete the 'additional information' as I was testing MadVR/ffdshow
interoperability by utilizing interlacing. It works fine - only XySubFilter
fails to load when ffdshow is in the stream

Fixed - solved by going to the ffdshow options, then "Subtitles" and then
disable everything under "Subtitle sources", in particular "Embedded subtitles"
even though ffdshow subtitles were't selected.

Good to hear you've fixed it, but I could not reproduce this. For reference,
which FFDShow revision were you using?

Try uninstalling FFDShow completely, re-install the latest rev4530 build with
reset settings selected, and see if you can still reproduce this with default
XySubFilter & FFDShow Settings + FFDShow raw video filter. I could not.

If are still able to reproduce XySubFilter being blocked with default FFDShow
settings, I'd recommend reporting the issue to clsid in the FFDShow Doom9
thread:
