VOB subtitles are completely broken in xy-VSFilter and don't display at all. 
Major regression from VSFilter 2.39

Note: I'm splitting this off from Issue 23 which seems to have become more 
focused on lag than this problem.

Before a complete fixed version is available, a workaround is setting video 
decoder output to rgb.
