Semi-transparent box visable around subtitles

I noticed a semitransparent green box around the sub, which is not obvious. 
But I enhenced it in the second png, so that you can see it clearly.

Reproduced, but only with neutral gray backgrounds (Red=Blue=Green).

If you see this occur with any other color background, please upload a script 
and sample.
