might improve rendering speed of
Hi10p Anime OP/ED using multiple karaoke animations & heavy blurs
where old Single Core CPU becomes cause of sync issues.
& wouldn't need to set MPC-HC to Above Normal or High Priority
even old Graphic cards easily supports Triple Buffering

xy-VSFilter doesn't presently support Hardware Acceleration. Even if it did, 
Triple Buffering wouldn't help anything. Triple Buffering is a VSync setting 
used by OpenGL to reduce screen tearing.
