Add support for PGS sup (blu-ray disc subtitles)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

As in mpc-hc's vsfilter / threaded-vsfilter. So that xy-vsfilter can completely 
replace them.

Hello.
i confirm blu-ray disc subtitle aren't displayer at all.

As an exemple i've ripped one of my bluray, muxed it with the original pgs 
subtitle file and a srt file made with BDSup2Sub.
As soon as i select the pgs file, there's no subtitle anymore, just if i've 
turned the subtitle off.
if i switch back to .srt subtitle, it's displaying fine again.

it's the only one common subtitle format that your great xy-vsfilter can't 
decode.

As of right now there is no support of PGS subtitles in xy-VSFilter, but adding 
PGS support is something on our to-do list.

The reason for no PGS support currently is because xy-VSFilter is based on 
VSFilter 2.39. Support for PGS subtitles was added in VSFilter 2.40.
