This is a bug in Haali Media Splitter font loading, see
http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=1542859&postcount=6930
Haali Media Splitter only supports loading fonts with a MIME type of
"application/x-truetype-font". The sample you provided uses
"application/x-font-ttf" which Haali is unable to load.
After years of all MKVs using "application/x-truetype-font" for TTF and OTF
fonts, mkvtoolnix 5.1.0 which was released last week changed the defaults to
"application/x-font-ttf" & "application/vnd.ms-opentype". Until Haali fixes
this bug in his splitter, you'll either need to manually specify
"application/x-truetype-font" when attaching fonts or stick with mkvtoolnix
5.0.1.
