OI Safe: swipe interferes with scrolling of long notes. #325

A user reported this problem:

"In the current version, however, there is a new feature that severely impairs 
the use. I want to see an entry, a lower part of 3-screen long entry. I open it 
and scroll down. It starts scrolling, accelerates scrolling and suddenly I'm on 
the another entry. I tried many times and I wasn't able to see the bottom of 
the needed entry. I had to use the edit mode to see it."

Apparently, the new swipe feature prevents proper scrolling of long notes. 
Swiping in vertical direction should be deactivated. Swiping in horizontal 
direction can stay, or should be turned into a setting.
