OI File Manager: Case insensitive sort order #334

What steps will reproduce the problem?
OI File Manager sorts files in a case sensitive manner - first all capital 
letters, then all small letters.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sorting should work case insensitive, just as it is implemented in OI Shopping 
List.
