Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. the codebase is horribly maintained and is currently suffering from code debt.

Describe the solution you'd like separate things into their own typescript files making it significantly easier to maintain and contribute to.

Describe alternatives you've considered trying to fix it by splitting up the index file. it's still suffering from code debt.
