[bug] Videos still stream like ASS #43

Describe the bug No matter what you do, videos always take an insane amount of time to load.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Upload a video
  2. Open the video's watch page
  3. Experience

Expected behavior The video should load in a decent amount of time

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Smartphone (please complete the following information): Untested

Additional context Maybe we need some form of "chunked" streaming similar to how uploading works?

Smartphone: OS: Android Oxygen OS v.14.0 Browser: Firefox Version 111.0 Behaviour: Took 20+ seconds to load the video, and then did not play it afterwards.

Smartphone: OS: Android Oxygen OS v.14.0 Browser: Chromium Based Free Browser Version Runs Chrome 114.0.0.0 Mobile Behaviour: Took 14 seconds to load and played the video fine after
