Third time is the charm ;-)

PDCurses support from my old fork
Moved the cleaning of autotool files to cleanall otherwise you are forced to autogen.sh/configure when you want to clean the executable/objects
Updated API.md example
Changed the fallback curse/panel header paths back to your original (ncurses/panel.h and ncurses/curses.h)
Regenerated the configure file (since I removed it and added it back)
