All layering changes were merged
Fix builder
Update cluster-node-tuning-operator Dockefile
Use next-devel as a base for machine-os-content

Due to changes to artifacts machine-os-content is broken though - should we fork it adapt and then merge upstream, or artifacts build is not final?

Hi @vrutkovs what's the failure on the machine os content?

It fails to find /srv/repo from artifacts image (as afaik we added arch-specific folders there)

I'd merge this and discuss of the way to proceed with artifacts in a next pr: we could either do some partial work to use /srv/repo/arch instead of /srv/repo/ on prow and okd-machine-os or fork here and upstream all the changes together later.
