My apologies. I have seen this and I've been unable to reproduce it. The
solution is a couple of steps:
1. Quit the viewer
2. Open your System Preferences > Desktop and Screen Saver
3. Choose a new screen image
4. Close the System Preferences and re-launch the Viewer and try again
If that doesn't work, after step #1, delete the file:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Desktop.plist and
continue with step #2.

Still nothing...
It switch back to the first ones I choose after removing
com.apple.desktop.plist.

Oh. That's surprising. I've had good luck with having it work on other
machines after doing those steps. Could
you take a look at log of the Console.app and see if there are any "Top Draw"
related messages?

There is no log about Top Draw in the Console :(
Hope you something els I can try.

I'm sorry, I really don't know what's happening. It should display some error
message if it was unable to render
or install the image. You might try playing with the editor. Just double
click on Top Draw and choose "Editor". It
should open a new "Untitled" window and a preview window with a rendering in
it. If you get something that's a
colorful gradient, choose "Install onto Desktop" from the "Drawing" menu.

If I open a script, I see it render (sec. in the button of the window)
but the preview stays gray.
Maybe I need to install/update something ????

Ah. That is interesting. So, the renderer (TopDrawRenderer) should be
installed in ~/Library/Application
Support/Google/TopDraw/Renderer. If you don't have one, you might consider
removing the
~/Library/Application Support/Google/TopDraw directory after you quit the
program. Then, just launch the app,
and try the editor. It should create the image. Otherwise, there might be a
problem writing the image file out to
the temporary directory (perhaps your disk is full?).

And when you show the preview window, it's still gray? The logging from the
editor looks like those are taking a
pretty long time to render. Can you describe your hardware and display(s)?

I removed both the google folder and the two com.google... preference files.
Still the same...
After render a view times there is only one file in the Renderer folder
(TopDrawRenderer (408,6 Kb))

I'm very sorry, but I really can't think of anything else. If you're
comfortable with Xcode, I'd suggest checking out
the source and stepping through the execution to see where it's failing.
Otherwise, I'm all out of ideas. If you
have access to another machine, you might try it out there.
