Estonian National Museum is interested in machine readable election data, especially turnout % available via EHAK code.

We must collectively pester https://github.com/iiton to unleash spectX on this, parse the historic data and make it available

Iiton delivered. The zip file contains a (pretty printed) json file with the election results. The field codes are:

So the field named "J2P" contains the paper-based votes the candidate got on paper from station 2 in the district.
