Splitting #15 into two issues. The first part concerns data about the actual usage of green spaces:

"Using mobile positioning services, it can be determined which parks are actively in use and should be kept as parks and which ones are underused and therefore could either be used for buildings or repurposed, redeveloped."; also "would be nice to compare with other cities"

Kas liikuvuse planeerimisel tekkivad andmed sobituvad siia? Märgin suuremad linnad siia - ehk keegi on selle küsimusega tegelenud?
