Procurement data can be obtained from https://riigihanked.riik.ee/register/ > Contract type:ehitustööd > csv, but there is no data about the cost or physical values of the construction works.
Would this be the same thing as the list of public contracts? Basically have a list of all public contracts and within it a type field?
An example data row: Permit Type: Apartment Complex Start Date: 1/1/17 End Date: 1/1/20 Contractor: X Applied for permit Y: Cost: Z Lat: Lon: If there is some impact (road closures for example this should also show)
The idea would be that one could plot on a map every construction project which was ongoing, or going to happen in the future, this would allow for a better understanding of the influence on things such as traffic.
Public sector may have information and construction, but it would also be good to see what private buildings are upcoming etc.
Tallinn has this in planning, AFAIK, but I don't think the data is available for the rest of the country unless we talk about the procurement registry. Would its contents work?
Public works also on roads #64 ? @keeganmcbride
@keeganmcbride Something here: Tallinna planeeringute register (TPR) https://www.tallinn.ee/est/ehitus/Masinliides Can somebody dig in and see, if this consists what You need or could be extended?
https://opendata.riik.ee/andmehulgad/riigihangete-register/ Should be updated with feeds. @otuxe - please extend on SF or ask to remove the label if necessary.
@keeganmcbride please confirm if renewed https://opendata.riik.ee/andmehulgad/ehitisregister/ is usable for information you need? If not please open separate issue for ehitisregister and edit current topic only to address issuses with public procurement open data API.
I'll reopen because Riigihanked is not solved.
A dataset which provided information on ongoing public works projects would be beneficial, this dataset should include: current projects, issued building permit, etc..
