It dont update to Riigiteataja regulary so opening up that data would help to solve this problem:

"Riigikohtu lahendeid uuendatakse perioodiliselt, mistõttu uuemad lahendid on kättesaadavad Riigikohtu veebilehelt. Riigikohus kasutab lisaks kohtute infosüsteemile enda infosüsteemi, mistõttu otsinguväljad Riigikohtu lahendite leidmiseks ei pruugi alati anda kõiki tulemusi otsitud lahendite kohta​." https://www.riigiteataja.ee/kohtulahendid/koik_menetlused.html https://riha.eesti.ee/riha/main/inf/riigikohtu_kohtulahendite_register

Even simple search form is not in English http://www.riigikohus.ee/?id=11

The idea here is that one should be able to find which legal paragraphs have been quoted during court proceedings. Currently, one must navigate to the search page, find the court case, then download the PDF. Ideally, this information should be available via an API OR at least in a more friendly format to work with (JSON, XML, CSV) .
