Driving licence information #92

It would be nice if Estonian Road Administration would report number of driving licences based on age, sex and county with some regularity. Here is only one dataset (18.08.15) https://www.mnt.ee/et/ametist/statistika/juhiload. It would be extra nice if the age classes would be same as in PPA open datasets.

Could be converted trasformed uploaded to opendata.riik.ee.
