Add information about visualisation tools #79

Add information about visualisation tools. For instance, EDP has built it in the following way.

Should this be on the dropdown menu under Lisainfo, or would it be better to have it as its own separate tab? Are there any tools that are MUST mention?

Everything will go to Lisainfo until UX designer takes over :)

@otuxe there are some 46 free tools listed here: https://data.europa.eu/euodp/en/tools?f%5B0%5D=field_pricing%3A1256

Does it make sense to list every single tool on our page, or is it better to write a brief description about how to do visualizations in Estonia and then just link to the European Data Portal page?

I guess it would make sense to write a brief description, mention few more worthwhile examples and then link to EDP.

Will need the descriptions in Estonian for this to be done effectively. Perhaps @infokujur can help with this?

If we insert list, then those descriptions there can be translated.
