Harvesters need to create an extra 'openstatus' #34

If ODM DB says False: openstatus = Nicht offen True: Offen Null: Unbekannt

This is necessary because the CKAN open field translates our None type to false. And even if it could store null, it wouldn't get displayed as a valid facet.
