DO show the resources, sometimes :) #37

For crawl/google/bing data, the individual files ('data') found are not necessarily well related to the dataset metadata. Due to changing methodology during the project :) If not datacatalog, show resources... with a suitable text saying that these were 'found' at the link.

I've implemented a quick hack (496a15b0fdf97986638807c3320f637b11082b44) that does show the resources for non-ODM data, so that the data that was on offenedaten.de is still visible. It doesn't address this Google etc. problem, but that would not be hard to add.
