Works like Rostock/RLP: https://github.com/okfde/odm-datenerfassung/commit/33cf0a82a53f63407661274367c2e71d00732872

But need to check on categories and then handle with rostock script in odm-catalogreaders (i.e. make a common base; I don't think we ever did RLP there(?))
